Hailing from Scotland’s West Highlands and Islands, Gaelic supergroup Dàimh @DaimhMusic perform an energetic set of tunes live in Sound Archive Orkney titled 12th of June and featuring numbers Peggy McLean (Trad.Arr Dàimh), The Black Horse (Composed by John Morris Rankin Cmmra), Am Bàll A Bh’anns An Òban (Trad.Arr Dàimh) and Mary’s Fancy (Trad. Arr Dàimh)
Dàimh is made up of five musicians, all based around The Isle of Skye and West Lochaber, with Ellen MacDonald on vocals, Angus MacKenzie and Gabe McVarish on bagpipes and fiddle, Ross Martin on guitar and Murdo Cameron on mandola.
