North Icelandic family trio Blood Harmony grace the stage at Drygate Brewery in Glasgow, performing live as part of Celtic Connections 2023. The group consist of two sisters Ösp Eldjárn and Björk Eldjárn and their older brother Örn Eldjárn and they perform original songs the family wrote together.
This performance was also part of Global Music Match, a project bringing music from different parts of the world together in celebration, encouraging exposure of local artists. TRADtv had the pleasure of filming this showcase of international folk music and are very happy to share some with you now.
